Joshua W. Sage

Josh practices in the areas of business and tax planning and advising. With a background in business and engineering, Josh is able to work with and understand the quantitative aspects of our client’s needs. Specifically, Josh serves a number of our clients in a wide array of matters consisting of sales and acquisitions of businesses, start-ups, negotiating credit arrangements for businesses, and many other matters utilizing Josh’s quantitative skill sets. Josh has also served as outside general counsel to businesses in the region. Being able to understand, manipulate, and speak in terms of the numbers, Josh is able to work with other advisors to advise while being able to account for the interface between the numbers and the law. Josh works closely with our clients to ensure their goals are met. Josh grew up in Oxford, Mississippi and lives here with his wife, Debra, their daughters Avery and Lillian, and their three dogs.
