A. Parker Durham
AssociateParker practices in estate and wealth transfer planning, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, tax planning at the individual and entity level, estate and trust litigation, probate, and trust administration. Prior to receiving his Master of Laws of Taxation from the University of Florida, Parker received Bachelor degrees in both accounting and banking & finance, a Masters degree in accounting, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi. Parker is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Mississippi State Board of Accountancy. Using his education and experience, Parker acknowledges the importance of his clients’ issues brought before him and strives to provide the best possible service and outcome. Parker is a native of DeSoto County, Mississippi, where he currently resides with his long-time companion and hunting partner, Lyla, his 11 year old English Springer Spaniel. In his free time, Parker is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, particularly turkey hunting, as well as fitness, jiu jitsu, and golf.
